First, we'll sit down at my office (or online video call if need be) where we will do a deep dive into what's brought you to me.

The aim of this is to bring clarity to the situation and what your desired result is.

I will put together a personalised actionable plan to give you the daily steps to remapping your mind. (Not a cut and paste job.)

Everyday for the 21 days I will be in contact with you, making sure that you're sticking to the script. Guiding and coaching you through it all.

During this 21 days you will also book in for weekly one to one appointments.
